The preparation and modification of work schedules is a complex and time consuming activity. Planning the deployment of your people is often impeded by holidays, days off, illness and other causes of absence.

ManusPlus has a powerful graphical tool which supports you perfectly with entering and controlling such work schedules.

Day and week planning
The day and week schedules can be consulted and modified per person, per week, per branch or department. The grids show the available information on:
- Opening hours
- availability of personnel
- holidays
- planned hours

Optimal staffing
ManusPlus allows you to compare daily the number of visitors (customers counter) with the number of customers (receipts). With this information, you will locate immediately the peaks in the number of customers during the day. This way you can make informed decisions regarding the deployment of your workforce.

System integration
ManusPlus offers default links with a number of external systems. This way external devices such as card readers or cash registers are able to provide data in ManusPlus. A direct exchange of information at database level with another software application is also a possibility. Import or export files are thus unnecessary.
